Clark Title
Attorney and Closing Agent
During their many years of legal practice, our staff has worked extensively in the areas of title examination, estate planning, business law, and probate. Their experience is invaluable in advising parties on the implications a settlement transaction may have on taxes, real property, transfer taxes, inheritance issues, and estate planning.

Clarke Title is not a franchise or a "settlement mill." We pride ourselves on specializing in these limited areas of law so we can provide the best possible product and service. Quality control by the owners ensures proper legal work. Our goal is to maintain quality at all times and not allow volume to reduce our high level of quality.

Our reputation for success in guiding settlements to conclusion results from our commitment to ensuring that all parties have a clear understanding of the complex legal documents involved in their settlement. This is very effective in preventing differences between parties. However, should any differences arise, Clarke Title's mediation experience facilitates a fair resolution. Clarke Title is a member of the American Land Title Association and the Maryland Land Title Association.
